The Apple or the OrangeSometimes I wish I could just walk away...from you. You're unhealthy for me, though maybe that's just the horoscope talking. But with every word you say I can feel my energy draining. You take a toll on me, and I just want this relationship we have, what ever relationship it is, I don't know, to end. I'm faced with a choice, a painful one I fear I cannot make.

Selfish am I to think such things, to want to end all contact with you just for my sake, fore I know without me you very well couldn't survive. Of course, I may just be telling myself this, but you've repeated that same line many times. Yet, even when you are removed from my life

That is a powerful last line. I also like the use of repetition in 'wonderment' before you followed with a different line each time. It added to its intensity.
